Profit Tax

Turnover Tax
When you are running a business on Sint Maarten, you will have to deal with the sales tax. The sales tax is levied according to the so-called cumulative system. This means that every time a product is sold or a service is provided, sales tax must be paid.
File Motor Vehicle Tax online
It is possible to file Motor Vehicle Tax online or authorize someone to do it for you. Go to the online application Online Services St. Maarten. After receiving a (free) e-Login, you can make use of this service.
Motor Vehicle Road Tax
Since January 1st, 2022, payments for the annual St. Maarten Vehicle and Road Tax can be made in person or online, via bank transfer or credit/debit card.
