The Government of St. Maarten, coordinated by the Ministry of Finance and executed by the Tax Administration: Receivers Office, invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the “QR Code Stickers St. Maarten 2025” project.

Project Objective
The objective of this project is to secure the delivery of QR Code Stickers for Motor Vehicle Tax 2025 for Sint Maarten. The stickers must comply with all designated specifications and be procured at a competitive market price.
Terms of Reference
The Terms of Reference, which detail the complete project specifications and bidding requirements, can be obtained as of June 4th, 2024, from the Tax Administration office located at Vineyard Building, W.G. Buncamper Road #33, St. Maarten. The document is available in English. You can also contact the office by phone at +1 (721) 542-0945.
Bid Submission
All bids must be submitted in writing, signed, and in English or Dutch. The format must adhere to the guidelines outlined in the Terms of Reference. Bids must be submitted in duplicate, in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the project name “QR Code Stickers St. Maarten 2025” and addressed to “The Receiver, Tax Administration, Vineyard Building, W.G. Buncamper Road #33, St. Maarten.” The deadline for submission is Tuesday, July 2nd, 2024, by 2:00 PM. Bid envelopes will be opened, and bids will be announced during a designated tender session.
Project Awarding
The project is anticipated to be awarded by or before Tuesday, July 16th, 2024.
